Directions…

From 127 northbound, take the South Higgins Lake Road exit. Turn left and follow signs.  The staging area is 3/4 miles north of the DNR trailhead off Deadstream Road.

No dual sport option at this event.

FEES:
Ride Fees
Active Member—$15 for one day / $23 for two days
Family Member—$10 for one day / $13 for two days
Family Weekend—$35 for two days
*In addition to ride fees above, the “land use and monitoring fee” applies @ $2.00 per rider, with a $5.00 maximum charge for families.

CAMPING & ACCOMMODATIONS:
Staging Area Camping
Field camping available at staging area off of Deadstream Road.  You must be registered with the event to camp at the staging area.
Porta-Johns provided.
No water available on site.

Accommodations 
Plenty of campgrounds in the Higgins Lake Area.  
Houghton Lake is nearby with plenty of motels.

SIGN-UP TIMES:
Friday evening:	5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday:		8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Sunday:		8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

VINTAGE BIKE SHOW:
Bring your old iron!

The Saturday Vintage Bike Show is a “park and display” affair at the sigh-up tent with signed-up riders voting for favorites.

All trail tour entrants will be allowed to enter their biks in the show for FREE.

Winners are voted on by your fellow Trail Tour participants.

Judging in two classes…
Original Class
Restored Class

Top three in each class will be awarded prizes!

CCC Capitol Chapter Chili Cook-Off:
The Chili Cook-Off will be on Saturday in conjunction with the prize drawing and vintage bike show.  You do not have to belong to the chapter to enter the Chili Cook-Off

RIDER EDUCATION:
All riders under age 16 must present a safety training certificate to participate.  Safety training will be available on site.  Call the C.C.C. office at 517-781-4805 for class reservations.

TRAIL TOUR INFORMATION:
Contact chapter president Jim Verbeke or vice president Ian Greenia (click names for contact info).

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a current CCC member.  Click HERE for C.C.C. membership information.  Memberships available at sign-up.  Please renew your membership earlier by mail!  Must have current ORV sticker, (Available at sign-up).  Must have USFS approved spark arrestor and pass sound check with permanent equipment.  All motorcycles built 1986 and after must meet Michigan’s 94 dBa requirement.  All bikes built 1985 and before are allowed 99dBa.
